  I have bought two and sold one house in Ibiza in the last 4 years, each time with Lars at Zan Ibiza. I can wholeheartedly recommend the whole service. He found houses I would never have found myself, helped me with the finance on them and most importantly worked really hard when there were issues between buyer and seller. A complete service that makes paying the fee seem value for money.

  Lars and his team and excellent realtors. They are very knowledgable of the island and know how to find the right property for each type of client. They understand a client's needs and will help them through the entire process of finding , selecting and closing the transaction. We bought our finca from Zan Ibiza while we were searching from the US . Most realtors that we initially contacted on the island, didn't think we were serious buyers but Lars and his team found us our dream home and are still friends with him 3 years later.
