  I do like it here. Nice setting staff very good and friendly. I feel the hotel is let down by the lack of organisation on the entertainment. The notice board to find out what's going on is next to the beach entrance facing the beach so unless u saw it you wouldn't know what's happening at the hotel for adults and children. I am currently staying here now 14/8 see a lot of people with kids with nothing to do apart from being in the pool. U only realise something is going on when the animation team walk past on route to the activities. No announcements or come and join us from the staff. Very little to do in the resort. 4 shops at best with 3 or 4 beach beach bars. Unless you hire a car your stuck. I do love the hotel and some reviews are exaggerated on TripAdvisor.

  It is a great hotel with outstanding facilities. I would recomend it to all my friends and family in the UK.

  Great hotel, fantastic food. Issabella on reception always has a smile and the animation team can't do enough and always spend time to talk to you especially Martina. The only downside side is they charge for safety deposit boxes. Would definitely return I just hope the management include the deposit boxes for free in the future

  Nice family holiday here. Very child friendly. Great entertainment staff. Hotel staff could do with going on a customer service course though!
