  I literally discovered this restaurant about 30 minutes ago and I could cry. I have been traveling for more than a week and have been extremely disappointed with the food. Luckily, I found Simbiosi. It's safe to say that I'll be eating here for the remainder of my stay in Ibiza!

  Looked like a great place so we went there. Unfortunatly the opening hours were not updated and we stood in front of closed doors.

  I was pleasantly surprised with Simbiosis. The food was very tasty! I had the macrobiotic dish of the day. It was delicious and it left me full. The drink of the day (a refreshing juice with mint, ginger, lemon and b other tasty stuff) was great too. Service was also on top of things and helpful. They have plenty of gluten-free and vegan options. Even gluten-free beer, which was very hard to find in this island.
